Lever rail connector, L=350 mm, flat roof

Description

LEVER Solar Beam Connectors are used to create a stable connection between ballast mounting systems for photovoltaic installations. They connect the individual folding supports to one another, forming a continuous, load-bearing mounting structure for flat-roof installations.

The precise interlocking mechanism ensures that the connecting elements are securely locked together. This guarantees a high level of stability for the entire structure whilst also enabling quick and straightforward installation. The connection is made via the mounting rails, ensuring that the individual supports are firmly held together.

The Beam Connectors are made from high-quality S350GD+ZMA275 steel, which is characterised by high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. This makes them ideal for long-term outdoor use and offers a 25-year service life as well as a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Various versions are available depending on the mounting system:

  • 150 mm connector – for connecting the rear supports in east-west ballast systems
  • 350 mm connector – for connecting the front supports in east-west ballast systems
  • 500 mm connector – for south-facing ballast systems

The LEVER Solar Beam Connectors thus offer a reliable and durable solution for the secure connection of flat-roof mounting structures in residential, commercial and industrial applications.
