Ohme Home Pro 7kW 5m EV Charger

The Ohme Home Pro 7.4 kW is a smart and convenient Wallbox for charging electric vehicles in both domestic and commercial settings. With a charging power of up to 7.4 kW at 32 A, it is particularly well-suited for reliable overnight charging. The permanently attached 5-metre charging cable with a Type 2 plug ensures particularly simple and convenient handling.

A key feature of the Ohme Home Pro is the integrated colour LCD display, which shows important information about the current charging process directly on the device. In addition, the Wallbox can be conveniently controlled via the Ohme smartphone app or using the three control buttons on the device. An integrated 3G/4G Multinet SIM card automatically connects to the mobile network, meaning that no separate Wi-Fi connection is required for the smart functions.
With a suitable CT clamp, the Ohme Home Pro supports both dynamic load management and solar charging. This allows the charging power to be adjusted to the current building load and existing solar power to be used specifically to charge the electric vehicle. Firmware and software updates are carried out conveniently via over-the-air updates.

To ensure electrical safety, the Wallbox features a Type A RCD with 30 mA and an integrated 6 mA DC fault current detection system. A PEN fault detection system is also integrated. The unit does not include separate overcurrent protection; this must be provided as part of the installation.

Thanks to its IP55 protection rating and IK10 impact resistance, the Ohme Home Pro is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. It can be mounted either on a wall or on a suitable mounting post.
