The SMA Sunny Boy Smart Energy single-phase hybrid inverter is the 2-in-1 solution for generating and flexibly utilising solar power in the home.

The Sunny Boy Smart Energy is the ideal gateway to a holistic energy transition in the home. As a combined PV and battery inverter, it ensures a sustainable and reliable power supply. Thanks to the integrated emergency power function and an optional backup power function1), this remains the case even if the public grid fails. With three MPP trackers, different roof orientations can also be accommodated for solar power generation. The hybrid inverter charges connected batteries particularly quickly, thereby making optimum use of periods with few hours of sunshine. Heat pumps, charging solutions for electric vehicles and smart energy management can be flexibly integrated into the energy system at any time.
